The Marsh Risk Early Career Program is a career development experience designed to empower recent graduates and interns to learn more about the insurance and risk management industry, grow their business acumen, engage with clients, and begin building their career.
You will be a client expert responsible for retention of existing clients, acquisition of new and expanded business, and day-to-day servicing of accounts.
You will be a product specialist managing interactions with insurance markets and clients with technical knowledge about their risks and their insurance coverages.

A robust 10-week experience in the U.S. and a 16-week experience in Canada to provide you with industry exposure, challenging projects, and exposure across our business groups. High-performing summer interns will be considered for offers for the full-time program after graduation.
