The LAC Graduates Program has been a unique experience that sparked and accelerated my growth at Marsh. Being naturally curious, the program served as a platform for me to learn about the hundreds of tools Marsh offers and to discover the different ways various teams across the region work. This program has given me great self-confidence, enabled me to lead teams from a young age, and equipped me with the ability to consistently face complex challenges with determination.
