Explore and apply

Start your journey by submitting an online application through our careers page. Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know we’ve received your application.

You may have an initial phone conversation to explore your background and career goals. If you move forward, you’ll be invited to interview with the hiring team, (either virtually or in person), and may be asked to complete an assessment.

We’ll share your interview schedule and participants in advance and keep you informed of timing and next steps throughout the process.

After your interviews, the hiring team will come together to discuss feedback and determine next steps. Your recruiter will keep you informed on timing and be available to answer any questions along the way.

If you’re selected, we’ll reach out to share your offer details. If not, we’ll follow up and encourage you to stay connected for future opportunities that may be a good fit.

To help us get to know each candidate as an individual and assess their experience and communication directly, we ask that you do not use generative AI tools during interviews, including real-time prompts or on-screen coaching. Marsh is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh office-based colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.
